Born in Chirilagua, Department of San Miguel, El Salvador Daughter of Magdalena Romero and grandson of Maria and Cecilio Romero She emigrated to the United States when she was a teenager, arrived in Los Angeles, California, then moved to Monterey, California, where she prepared and studied her career as Hospitality Manager (Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism).

It was there where she was crowned Miss El Salvador and that is how she made her way into music as a vocalist of her Sonora. She studied at Monterey Peninsula College and Golden Gate University. She has won 250 international awards in Europe, Central and South America and the United States.

She currently lives in the City of Los Angeles where she has received awards from the California State Senate and has received 11 awards from the hands of the current Mayor Eric Garcetti. She has also received other awards from the Broadway International Film Festival (BIFF) and the Salvadoran Independence Parade and Festival (DEFISAL).
